Fermentazione: Birra a fermentazione spontanea. Un lambic giovane di almeno un anno, in cui macererà il 30% di filtrato di pesche fresche.
Il birrificio: La famigliaLindemans produce birra dal 1822 a Vlezenbeek, a sud-ovest di Bruxelles.
Origine: Il Lambic è un tipo di birra prodotta nella regione belga di Pajottenland , a sud-ovest di Bruxelles. Viene fermentata attraverso l'esposizione a lieviti e batteri selvatici.
Abbinamenti: Ottimo come aperitivo o con insalate, carne alla griglia o dessert.

Good quality, maybe too sweet
I was expecting Peach flavour, but not that much and not that much sweet . Also my wife found it excessively sweet. On the other side, was nicely sparkling and smooth.

Alcoholic Peach Juice
The smell and taste of peaches come out strongly in this beer, so much so that it reminded me almost of a slightly alcoholic peach juice. Definitely tasty, although I would guess it may be too sweet for some.
