Origine: I birrai di Hill Farmstead situati a Greensboro Bend, nel Vermont, si sono recati dagli Stati Uniti alla Brasserie de Blaugies per condividere le competenze e collaborare alla produzione di questa Vermontoise con luppolo americano Amarillo.
Gastronomia: Eccellente con manzo alla griglia, agnello allamanzo alla griglia, agnello alla griglia, formaggio blu, dessert molto dolci, cheesecake o crème brulée.

Good beer, not my preferred one
Golden color, fresh aroma, fruity & citrus with some spicy notes. On the palate, fruity and citrus notes aroma . Drinkable and refreshing, slight acid, then bitter.
