Origine: La duchessa, Maria di Borgogna, moglie di Massimiliano I, concesse molti diritti ai cittadini e sostenne i produttori di birra.
Gastronomia: Si utilizza in cucina per salse, sabayon e stufati. Si abbina magnificamente ai formaggi.

Für mich: das beste Sour
DUCHESSE DE BOURGOGNE ist für mich das beste Bier im Berdich Sour-Biere. Es weist nebst seiner Säure auch fruchtige Süsse auf und deshalb ist es für mich DAS Bier um einen schönen Tag gemütlich im Garten oder auf dem Balkon ausklingen zu lassen.
